For Healthy skin, you need a healthy body which requires a healthy mind and vice versa. By taking care of the mind, body and soul, with nurturing and nourishment, we can assist in facilitating our inherent healing to occur, allowing for rest and rejuvenation. As I channel healing love and light, creating profound shifts on a cellular level, we tap into the true fountain of youth that no machine, chemical or medical modality could ever touch. It is by utilizing manual healing touch techniques, incorporating modalities such as Gua Sha, lots of massage for stimulation, circulation, and lymphatic drainage and reiki I help facilitate the body's natural design to heal itself.
