Our skin is a reflection of our inner body. What we put into our bodies as well as our physical and emotional state, all factor into the health of our skin. Stress is a major underlying factor in skin related issues. It disrupts hormone levels which cause a breakdown in the integrity of the skin. It also causes us to alter our diets, choosing unhealthy options such as processed sugars, alcohol and caffeine. . Throw in environmental toxins, heavy metals, pesticides, GMOs etc. All contribute in the disruption of our hormones and gut biome causing inflammation which shows up as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rosacea, etc.

For Healthy skin, you need a healthy body which requires a healthy mind and vice versa. By taking care of the mind, body and soul, with nurturing and nourishment, we can assist in facilitating our inherent healing to occur allowing for rest and rejuvenation It is in using manual healing touch techniques to improve the skin, incorporating modalities such as Gua Sha, lots of massage for stimulation, circulation, and lymphatic drainage and reiki I help facilitate the body's natural design to heal itself.

Being the largest organ, what we put on our skin is equally important as it is absorbed into our system. I believe plant medicine is powerful and effective. Products without synthetics, preservatives, and harmful ingredients are my choices for skincare.
