Sacred Devotion Rest & Realignment

Thursdays R & R With Christine & Crystal, hosted at the Oldest City Arts & Wellness Lounge.  This is a supported and guided practice to assist in reconnecting to our inner temple. A moment to pause, remembering our breath, and to tend lovingly to our bodies. Space to clear the head, giving rest to our sensitive energy, and recalibrating our frequency.  This is a slow intentional nourishing invitation for Mind Body & Soul Hygiene.
